Referrals
The referral program pays you a share of Agora’s trading fee on every trade made by wallets that join Agora through your link.
Getting Your Link
- Open the wallet menu in Agora and select Referrals.
- Register a referral code of 3 to 20 characters, using lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens or underscores. Codes are registered on-chain and are permanent.
- Share your link:
agoradex.app/?ref=yourcode.
How Referrals Are Recorded
A wallet is linked to you when it makes its first trade on Agora after opening your link. The link is recorded by Agora’s router contract and cannot be changed afterwards.
Earnings

These terms are read from Agora’s router contract when this page loads. The contract limits both to a maximum of 50%.
Earnings are paid in HYPE and accrue in the router contract until you claim them. The Referrals panel shows the number of wallets you have referred, your total earnings and the amount available to claim.
Example
At the current terms (0.5% trading fee, 30% referrer share, 10% discount), a referred wallet buying with 100 HYPE pays a fee of 0.45 HYPE. Of that fee, 0.135 HYPE is paid to the referrer and 0.315 HYPE to Agora.
Conditions
- A wallet can be linked to only one referrer, and only on its first trade through Agora’s router.
- The referral is stored in the browser where the link was opened until the first trade.
- Only swaps are eligible. Bridging and limit orders do not record referrals or pay referral earnings.
- A wallet cannot refer itself.
- Trades by qualifying $AGORA holders carry no Agora fee and therefore generate no referral earnings.
